How to reserve your unit at University Place.

Choose your unit/room option and send us your email.  Once we have received your email, we will send you our detailed unit and room options, general information about University Place and information on how to book your unit/room.

Credit card payment available on request.

To make your residence reservation of choice (subject to current availability), advance deposit payment of 8 weeks rent amount (comprising 4 weeks security bond + 4 weeks advance rental) needs to be made to:

If transferring from an overseas bank using SWIFT TT, please add required AU$29 fees to the 8 weeks rent amount.  Also, instruct your bank to enter your name in the funds transfer comments so that it appears in our trust account statement.   
   
Use Electronic Transfer.  'Pay Anyone' if paying from Australian Internet Banking, with 'Description: (your name)'.   Kindly advise with a note/email as soon as funds are transmitted. 
 
What is the rental bond?
A rental security bond of 4 weeks rent amount is due and payable before you move into your unit/room (lodged with the Residential Tenancy Authority (RTA)).  This is refundable, subject to conditions, by cheque or direct credit after your tenancy ends and professional cleaning of your unit/room has been completed.
